Prototypes to Production
I started by building paper prototypes to explore the shapes and the potential for applying designs to the faces. For organic textures, I used black ink to develop the textured designs that were screen printed. Geometric textures were created on a computer. The bottom image shows the trimming process before constructing shapes.
Dimensional Display
I created a display to show the variety of shapes and textures on the geometric shapes.
